This menu is for “Cinephile” badge holders.
📍 Locations & Programming
Your badge gives you free access to the following selections: Official Selection, Directors’ Fortnight (Quinzaine des Cinéastes), Critics’ Week (Semaine de la Critique), ACID, Visions Sociales, and Cannes Écrans Juniors.
Priority Access (Cannes Cinéphiles Venues): Théâtre La Licorne, Cinéma Studio 13, Cinéma Le Raimu, Théâtre Alexandre III.
Extended Access (“Official” Venues): Only 24 hours before each screening and subject to availability, you can obtain tickets for: the Palais des Festivals and the Cineum (Official Selection), the Théâtre Croisette (Directors’ Fortnight), Espace Miramar (Critics’ Week), and Les Arcades (ACID).
🎟️ Ticketing & Reservation Info
Single Online Ticket Office: ticketonline.festival-cannes.com
Opening of Reservations: 4 days before each Cannes Cinéphiles screening and 24 hours before for other screenings, until 15 minutes before the start. The ticket office open at 10:00 am from friday May 8th to tuesday May 12th 2026 (opening day of the festival) and at 8:00 from wednesday May 13th 2026 till the end of the festival.
Guarantee: Access is guaranteed with a ticket, provided you arrive at least 30 minutes before the screening and up to 10 minutes before the start of the projection for security checks and ticket scanning.
Cancellation: Possible up to 1 hour before the screening. Warning: in case of a no-show without cancellation, a penalty will be applied to your profile.
“Last Minute” Feature: If a screening shows as sold out online, try your luck on-site with your badge. A few seats may become available just before the film.

+ ACCESS CONDITIONS : NON ACCREDITED VISITORS (Grand Public)
You don’t have a badge? Here is how to participate in the Festival.
1. Cannes Cinéphiles & Critics’ Week (free upon reservation)
- Procedure: create a “Grand Public” account on the [Online Ticketing System].
- Reservation: seats not reserved by badge holders are opened 24 hours before each screening.
- Accessible Venues: Alexandre III, La Licorne (excluding Official Selection), Le Raimu, Studio 13, and Espace Miramar.
- Important: No “last minute” line for non-accredited attendees. A ticket is mandatory for entry. Arrival 25 minutes before the screening.
2. The Directors’ Fortnight (paid ticketing) This is the only section offering individual ticket sales or subscriptions.
Where to buy? online via your “General Public” account (see procedure above) or on-site (Counters on rue Amouretti) starting May 12th at 10:00 AM.
Rates: Individual ticket: €8 | 6-ticket subscription: €40.
Venues: Théâtre Croisette (JW Marriott), Les Arcades, L’Olympia.
3. Cinéma de la Plage
🏝️ Cinéma de la Plage: Free entry for everyone, every evening at 9:30 PM (Macé Beach), subject to availability.

+ ACCESS CONDITIONS : SCHOOL GROUPS
Specific programs managed by Cannes Cinema.
One Day at the Festival (High school students age 16+) Access reserved for classes with a film-related activity (film section, club, etc.).

Venue: Théâtre La Licorne (screenings at 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 2:00 PM).

Procedures: Registration by the teacher starting early January via olivia.giangreco@cannes-cinema.com.

Requirement: Provide a certificate from the Principal (template available upon request).
Cannes Écrans Juniors (Middle school students age 13+) A dedicated international program during the second week of the festival.

Procedures: Group registration (students age 13+) supervised by teachers.

Reservation: Seats are guaranteed until 15 minutes before the screening. After this time, they are reallocated to the public.
⚠️ Important Reminder: Minors are not allowed in the Festival venues, except as part of the school groups mentioned above, or if accredited, or for Cannes Écrans Juniors screenings.
